Pamela Ann Baluyo

Co-Founder

Pam finished her degree in Business Administration, majoring in Management Information Systems at AMA University in 2002. Prior to that, she studied Mathematics in 1990 from the University of Santo Tomas. She has worked with large Business Process Outsourcing companies including blue chip computer manufacturer and leading telecommunications company. She co-developed Virtual Knowledge Workers with Horst and manages its day-to-day operations. Her 15 years of experience in business process outsourcing makes her an expert at developing and executing many of the VKW’s client projects.


Horst von Wendorff

Founder

Horst obtained his Bachelor and Master of Business Administration at Chaminade University of Honolulu. After a successful career at General Motors, Wells Fargo and the Capital Group Companies, he started Virtual Knowledge Workers. Horst was recently featured on the cover of Boston Globe Magazine, also appeared in the San Francisco Chronicle, the San Diego Union-Tribune, and on CBS MoneyWatch about ways to scale your business quickly using time-saving outsourcing solutions.


Glenn I. Jereza

Glenn is a Communications Specialist, who develops training materials, rolls out instructional modules and creates support materials for VKW’s premier accounts. With his extensive background in both print and broadcast industries, public relations, and cross-culture operations, he delivers positive end results for VKW’s clients. Glenn also works as a volunteer for non-profit organizations, which won national awards for the projects he launched and executed.
